Do you want to contribute to sustainable development in the Stockholm region? Do you have experience working strategically and operationally to create conditions for entrepreneurship, growth, and collaboration between the business sector, public sector, and other relevant actors? Then we are curious to learn more about you.
What does the role involve?
You will belong to the department for sustainable growth, located within the unit for regional development and inclusion. In the unit, we work with growth-promoting efforts, business development, EU coordination, basic payment services, and regulatory simplification. We also work on assignments related to gender equality integration, children's rights, human rights, and tasks to support and develop reception and initiatives for asylum seekers, those in need of protection, unaccompanied minors, and newcomers, where a key part is to distribute and follow up on state grants for integration.
As a development leader, you will be responsible for basic payment services as part of the growth-promoting work, as well as promoting, coordinating, planning, and implementing various initiatives within regional and archipelago development, both internally and externally. The work also includes monitoring the external environment and responding to consultations. Depending on the needs of the organization, other tasks may also be included.
Are you the one we are looking for?
For this role, we want you to have:

- excellent ability to express yourself simply and pedagogically in speech and writing
- the ability to evaluate information to make correct, balanced, and legally secure assessments and priorities
- the willingness and ability to contribute to a good working environment.
As a person, you are:
- independent in prioritizing your tasks and used to handling multiple cases simultaneously.
- solution-oriented, flexible, and attentive, while being unpretentious and helpful in your collaboration with others.
We place great importance on your personal qualities.
As an employee at the County Administrative Board, you need to:
- be able to make decisions with consideration to multiple perspectives from a holistic view
- understand that a central role for the County Administrative Board is to make trade-offs between different interests
- have the ability to prioritize and adapt to work with new tasks or in new contexts.
It is meritorious if you have:
